**Terms and Conditions**

**1. Payment and Refund Policy**
- All payments for classes are non-refundable.

**2. Rescheduling Policy**
- Classes may be rescheduled if a request is made within 30 days of the original booking date.
- The rescheduled class must be taken within a 90-day period from the date of rescheduling.
- If the above policy is not followed, all payments will be forfeited.

**3. Rescheduling Process**
- To reschedule a class, please contact the Heavens Hand Homecare LLC Training Department at 1-833-625-4445.
- Rescheduling requests must be made Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM.

**4. General Terms**
- By booking a class with Heavens Hand Homecare LLC, you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
- Heavens Hand Homecare LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
