**1. Payment and Refund Policy**
- All payments for classes are non-refundable.**2. Rescheduling Policy**
- Classes may be rescheduled if a request is made within 30 days of the original booking date.
- The rescheduled class must be taken within a 90-day period from the date of rescheduling.
- If the above policy is not followed, all payments will be forfeited.**3. Rescheduling Process**
- To reschedule a class, please contact the Heavens Hand Homecare LLC Training Department at 1-833-625-4445.
- Rescheduling requests must be made Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM.**4. General Terms**
